What's the best thing to eat on a cold Winter night???

SHABU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I bought my friend Elissa a hotpot/shabu set as a housewarming gift. Since it was -5°F out, we decided that tonight was the perfect night to have Shabu!

For those of you who don't know what Hotpot or Shabu is: It's boiling thinly sliced meat and veggies in a savory broth. PERFECT for arctic temperatures.

All products were purchased at Super88 or what is now known as Hong Kong Supermarket in Brighton, MA. We were trying to be healthy so we had all veggies and tofu. Ingredients will be shown in the slide show below:
